Jackie Dibble grew up in the Rice Lake area. Today she owns Midwest Harvest Hills with co-owner Mike Lucas. The 37-acre farm at 1696 20 1/2 St in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, has an apple orchard, a pumpkin patch, agritourism activities and a wedding venue. Jackie and Mike bought Mommsen's and rebranded it as Midwest Harvest Hills.
Jackie brings nearly 20 years of management and project management experience to the farm. She uses that experience to run several seasonal businesses on one property. She speaks about taking over and rebranding an established local business, growing a farm through agritourism, and practical ways a small business can use AI tools while staying rooted in the land.
